South Texas Primary accepts these HMO/MCO : Molina, Superior, and Cigna-Healthspring.

We also accept private pay. 

 

All services are provided upon approval from DADS (Texas Dept. of Aging and Disability Services) and HMO/MCO (Molina Healthcare, Superior, Cigna-HealthSpring).

We also accept Superior, Driscoll Health Plan, and United Healthcare for the Star Kids Program
